Reason for following Terms and Conditions

Binimoy is aiming to build a rental platform which is one of a kind and has never been done in Bangladesh before. This is first ever C2C platform where consumers will be able to trade their old products like phones, laptops, appliances and others to other consumers. So, users wishing to use Binimoy must agree to the terms and conditions before using the service in order to comply with the law and promote a safe and inclusive platform for carrying out transactions and smooth sharing

General Terms and Conditions

User Specification:

1. Users under the age 18 are llowed to use this app using birth certificate number. If authorities at Binimoy ever discovers any such user who is under aged and using fake identity then Binimoy holds the authority and right to dismiss the user account without any prior notice. Any transactions that have been made by the account will be held up.
2. Binimoy gives its users a personal space to share and give rent their products. However Users are prohibited to use false information such as fake e-mail address or impersonate any person / entity. If such abnormality is found, then Binimoy preserves the right to terminate or remove the suspicious account without any prior notice.

Ownership

1. Team R.S.S. is the sole owner of Binimoy and its logo. Users have no right to steal its trademarks or its unique branding. All materials in the app, including, but not limited to text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sound, the Binimoy Logo and service marks and the entire contents of the app are the property ofTeam R.S.S. and/or its affiliates or licensors, including the Third Parties, and are protected by international/Bangladesh copyright and trademark laws, all rights reserved. Any violation of these restrictions may result in a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject the culprit to civil and/or criminal penalties.
2. Other trademarks on the app which are not owned by Binimoy, might be under the credentials of their trademark owner. Users must not use the trademark, logo or any affiliation with other sites or apps on the app without expressed consent from Binimoy

Maintaining User Account

1. In connection with user accounts, a user ID and password will be generated by the account owners. They themselves, will be responsible for keeping their user ID and password secured from unauthorized users, and also for all the actions taken in the future. If once hacked, there is nothing Binimoy can do to recover their account or monetary information.
2. Users must supply valid, accurate, current and complete personal information, contact information, and payment information and keep this information updated at all times.
3. All registered user account and their use of the Services are not prohibited by law. Binimoy however, reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, user ID and anyone’s access to the app and /or Services, if any of the Terms & Conditions or other applicable Binimoy policies has been violated.
4. For security purpose, users must provide authentic and valid identification details for picking up products from our selected physical shops or from their home.
